I would have thought UN peacekeepers were smarter, more sensitive and thoughtful — but no, I have once again given more credit to the human race than it deserves! This would be because the people I associate with would never do this kind of thing. What I see, becomes what I think is average behaviour. Obviously, my view of reality is skewed.
