The error is unfortunate – but consider the implications. Japan has two separate water supplies – potable and not. The reduced processing of the “toilet water” and presumably other water not intended for ingestion probably reduces the carbon footprint.

Well Nautilus3 this is a very good point, BUT if I was drinking this water for any part of the last 10 years, this thought would not make me feel ANY better.
