Interestingly I was just listening to a CBC coverage about a dam project in the Peace River as well
I expect we are going to have some such shenanigan happening here in Ontario, with the deregulation and guaranteed increases in delivery etc costs. We know the electricity goes south already for a fraction of what we pay.
