I paid the garage the last $70 I owed them this morning, and enjoyed a lovely run to work with the second Gorillaz album just a-blastin’. Happy sigh.
Board meeting was very nice, I got my new red badge of office and learned with love and thanks that somebody has stepped up to be Treasurer. Phew. Thanks Kathleen! Now I have a ton of stuff to read.
You can tell I have been on two church boards by the enthusiasm with which I join in saying HOORAY NEW TREASURER! They are wily and difficult to recruit, yet essential to the congregation continuing like, at all.
