A prediction that it would happen. Entertainingly, there’s no date on this post but from the internal signs probably early 2007.
It’s interesting to see that everybody has a slightly different take on it and the implications.
I say Yipee!!!! Our installment for Jenn’s tuition this coming December just got a bit easier at a time when money is very tight — she goes to Brown U in the United States. Even in the Fall, set up costs for Jenn’s dorm were a little easier to take this year.
At the beginning of this process, the Canadian dollar stood at 65 cents. Application fees alone topped $2,000 US.
