  1. I hate it when that happens, although usually it’s not from internet problems but from my inadvertently hitting control-something-mysterious.
Happy Easter to you too. I hope your aches are gone by the Ascension.

Friend heard three radio talking heads trying to work out what Easter Monday was all about, and they couldn’t. The one thing – in fact the only thing – to be said in favour of Sunday School is that it can give children a sense of one element of the literature of the JudeoChristian tradition. Of course my ideal Sunday School would include Alexander Pope and Shakespeare and Marcus Aurelius as well as the holy books of the other religions. And the Christian bible would have to be the King James version only. No dumbed down prose for me!

  2. Easter Monday is the day our Lord rose from the grave. Accounts differ as to who he spoke with and who saw him, but that’s what happened. Anyway, you can always read King Jesus if you want ‘the real Jesus’. I can’t say I like him better than the Biblical Jesus but at least he’s internally consistent.

  3. Sorry, dude. I’m going to reposition the wireless router more centrally to improve connection reliability, but in the meantime I suggest saving every few minutes.
