That volcano pic is stunning!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, that’s the Chilean disaster. Ash 20 miles in the air and loadso people evacuated; I like the pic because there’s a scene in one of my favourite novels (To Lie with Lions, by WHO ELSE Dorothy Dunnett) in which some lead characters get to watch Hekla go off in Iceland circa 1480, and the non stop lightning and thunder is all part of the show.
Part of the show, yes. But my lizard-brain quails at the sight. Dies Irae. Ur Megiddon. Scary.
