Why should Americans take our garbage? Wouldn’t it make more sense to deal with it ourselves?

We take a lot of garbage from them in other forms, i say hooray! that they take some back from us.

Yes, I too hate the current US federal government BUT after studying your entry “Limeys versus Yankies”, I was horrified to see that the average American seem to agree with the position of their federal government.
It’s a free trade thing. We send them our garbage and they send back their acid rain.
