Regarding Verdana and the font wars: there are entire web sites devoted to the evils of Arial, a font created by Microsoft to be similar to Helvetica. Any time I’ve seen Helvetica in my browser, it’s been very hard to read, so I really scratch my head over this.
I use Arial almost entirely. What, pray, are its evils??
